Are your lamps really handmade?

Yes. Every KeramiAArt lamp is individually handcrafted from ceramic and finished by hand. No two pieces are ever exactly the same, which makes each lamp a unique work of art.

Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?

Our photos represent the design, shape, and color as accurately as possible. Because each lamp is handmade, slight variations in texture, glaze, or tone are natural and part of the charm of owning a one-of-a-kind piece.

What materials are used?

Our lamps are made from high-quality ceramic and carefully selected electrical components that meet safety standards. Each piece is created with both beauty and durability in mind.

Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Since each lamp is handcrafted, processing times may vary. Most orders are prepared and shipped within a few business days. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your lamp has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes. KeramiAArt lamps make exceptional gifts. If you are purchasing a lamp as a gift, you can request a gift note — we’ll make sure your lamp is beautifully presented.

Shipping

How are fragile lamps shipped safely?

We take great care when packing your lamp. Each piece is wrapped with multiple protective layers, cushioned securely, and placed in reinforced packaging designed specifically for fragile items. Our goal is to ensure your lamp arrives in perfect condition.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your home.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on your location. At checkout, you will see whether delivery to your country is available and the associated shipping costs.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your lamp is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my lamp?

We want you to love your KeramiAArt piece. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within a few days of receiving your order. Because our lamps are handmade and carefully packaged, returns must meet certain conditions and be sent back safely.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as lamps are fragile.

Care & Use

How should I clean my lamp?

Gently dust your lamp with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water, chemical cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these may damage the ceramic surface or finish.

Are the lamps ready to use?

Your lamp arrives wired and ready for use. It already contains a suitable LED buld. When needed, place replace with the same LED bulb that provides warm light to complement the ceramic tones and create a soft, ambient glow.

Is the lamp suitable for outdoor use?

No. KeramiAArt lamps are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures may damage the ceramic and electrical components.
